Tender Description
This tender invites contractors and firms approved by QMG/Formation & Garrison Commander for furniture works at Garrison Headquarters Kharian Cantt, Punjab. The project involves furnishing a newly constructed B Type House, a 64 Men SM Block, an Ord Unit HQ Log 1 Corps, and a JCO Club for the 175 Engineer Battalion. The scope covers supply and installation of quality furniture tailored to military standards, ensuring durability and functionality for official and residential use within the cantonment area.
The work requires contractors with a proven track record in furniture manufacturing and installation, capable of meeting the technical specifications and timelines. The site is located in Kharian Cantt, a strategic military zone, which demands adherence to security protocols and coordination with military authorities. The completion period is two months, emphasizing efficient project management and resource allocation.
Bidders should ensure they hold a valid PEC category relevant to furniture works and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Submission of a Rs 500 earnest money via Treasury Challan is mandatory.
