Procurement of General Store, Electrical, IT, Stationery, Training, Solar, Renovation and Construction Items for Financial Year 2026/2027

RESTD invites sealed tenders from reputed firms and authorized dealers for the supply, repair, and services of a diverse range of items and works for the entire financial year 2026/2027. The procurement is aimed at supporting annual operational and training requirements in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Gen Store items, Conservancy Items - All type of Annual Training Grants - Electric, IT Store all Type and Electronics - Stationary items, Training items and Gym Equipment - Miscellaneous Training aid items - Repair and Maintenance of Training Facilities - Solar System, fitting and Fixture of Solar / PV Module etc - Renovation items - Construction Material The technical scope covers a broad spectrum, including supply of general consumables, electrical and IT equipment, stationery, gym and training aids, as well as repair and maintenance services for training facilities. The tender also includes installation of solar systems and related fixtures, renovation works, and provision of construction materials. Bidders must be registered with income tax authorities and should be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supplies and works will be advantageous. Earnest Money or CDR requirements, if any, should be confirmed directly with the department as they are not specified in the notice. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is **31/8/2026 at 1000 Hours** at the RESTD office in Rawalpindi. The tender opening will take place the same day at 1100 Hours.
