Group Life Insurance of Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Staff for Year 2026-27

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from income tax/Sales Tax registered Firms/Bidders/Companies having at least rating 'A' for Group Life Insurance of bank's staff for the year 2026-27 in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 on Single Stage-One Envelope Bidding Process as per AJK PPRA RULE 36(a). Items being procured: - Group Life Insurance coverage for Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir staff for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement involves securing insurance services for the bank's employees with a minimum rating of 'A' from eligible firms. The bidders must submit both Technical and Financial proposals by 17-09-2026 till 01:30 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Delayed or conditional bids will not be entertained. The bid security amount is Rs 150,000, which must be submitted with the bid in the form of CDR, DD, or Banker's Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK. Financial bids should include all taxes levied in AJK. Interested firms must have valid NTN (Income Tax and GST), relevant tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR/CBR. Blacklisted firms or bidders are prohibited and must provide an affidavit certifying they are not blacklisted or in conflict with the government. The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the Head Office Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) via Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK until 16-09-2026 during working hours 9 am to 5 pm. The evaluation and award of contract will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Proposals/bids should be valid for a minimum period of 120 days. The submission and opening of tender documents will take place at the Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Head Office, Muzaffarabad.
