Procurement of Hard Drives for Servers and Video Conferencing Equipment

Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of information technology goods for PEMRA HQ, Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. Required specification is 1.2 TB, SAS 12Gbps, 10K RPM, compatible with Dell PowerEdge R740. Item 2, Hard Drives for Application Servers, quantity 6, unit hard disk drives, one-year warranty, delivery to PEMRA HQ, with a seven-day delivery schedule. Required specification is 8 TB 512e, SAS 12Gbps, 7.2K RPM, compatible with Dell PowerEdge R740xd. Item 3, Video Conferencing Equipment, quantity 1, unit video conference camera, one-year warranty, delivery to PEMRA HQ, with a seven-day delivery schedule. The required solution is Tenveo 610 GEX with expansion microphones, or equivalent, including camera, two microphones, hub, cables, power supply, remote control, speakerphone, and mount. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have at least three years of relevant IT or similar business experience, maintain an established office in Pakistan, and provide a Pakistan-based service or warranty centre for the quoted brand. Submit the required non-blacklisting affidavit, audited financial statement for the last financial year, six-month bank statement, and bid security or bid securing declaration. The bid security amount is defined in the bidding documents and may be submitted by pay order, banker's cheque, or call deposit. Original bid security must reach PEMRA HQ before the deadline, while the scanned copy must be uploaded online.
