Procurement of Hardware Appliance Based Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of a Hardware Appliance Based Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-103/2026. The bidder is responsible for complete installation, rack mounting, power connectivity, network cabling, configuration, cluster integration, and synchronization. All additional hardware, software, cables, connectors, and accessories required for successful deployment must be provided without extra cost. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Equipment Manufacturer, OEM Authorized Partner, Reseller, or Distributor with valid authorization letters and Manufacturer Authorization List (MAL). Bidders must be registered with FBR, have NTN, GST, and ATL registrations, and provide an affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
