Tender Description
Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) invites sealed proposals from experienced and registered IT suppliers based in Gilgit for the supply of IT equipments and accessories for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured include IT equipments and accessories as detailed in the bidding documents.
The bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, bid security, bid validity, bid opening procedures, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee requirements. These documents are available at GBRSP Head Office, Near Forest Complex, Jutial, Gilgit, for a submission fee of Rs 2000. They can also be requested via email at iqtidar.hussain@gbrsp.org.pk.
Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the GBRSP Head Office by or before the deadline of September 1, 2026, till 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. This tender notice is also available on the GB-PPRA website at www.gbppra.gov.pk.
