Tender Description
The High Commission for Pakistan in Kigali, Rwanda, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable hospitals and healthcare institutions to join their panel as authorized healthcare service providers. This procurement is specifically for the medical treatment of Diplomats, Embassy Staff, and their family members stationed in Kigali. The department responsible for this procurement is the High Commission for Pakistan Kigali.
Items being procured:

The service provider will be required to manage billing and invoicing procedures efficiently and maintain clear communication with the High Commission through designated officers.
Eligibility criteria include being a reputable hospital or healthcare institution with the capacity to provide the full range of medical services listed. While specific PEC categories or FBR/ATL registrations are not mentioned, bidders should ensure compliance with local regulations and demonstrate relevant experience in corporate healthcare service provision.
The tender submission deadline is on or before 3rd August 2026, with the tender opening scheduled at 3 PM on the same day. Proposals must be sealed and submitted to the Pakistan High Commission, Kigali, Rwanda, at Building No: 54.KG 552 St, Kigali. Contact details for inquiries include phone +250-252515560 or cell +250 796 899 891, and email pahickigali@mofa.gov.pk.
