Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of Heavy Duty Filter Production Equipment. Items being procured: - Heavy Duty Filter Production Equipment (details as per Appendix-I Annexure 'A') The delivery period is 9 months after the conclusion of the contract or 6 months after the opening of the Letter of Credit (LC). Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copy of the General Manager, trade link certificates between the firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by the Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter, details of contracts for the last 3 financial years or works experience with government/semi-government organizations, registration letters with government/semi-government organizations if any, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Procurement, HIT Taxila.
