Hiring of 14-Seater HIACE Vehicles with Drivers for Research Project at Khyber Medical University Peshawar

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar, invites electronic bids from eligible firms, companies, rental service providers, and transporters for the provision and hiring of 14-seater HIACE vehicles along with drivers to meet the requirements of a research project. The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, Rules, and Regulations applicable from time to time. Items being procured: - Hiring of 14-Seater HIACE Vehicles with Driver under Research Project The required vehicle rental and transport services are intended to support the research project activities at KMU, ensuring reliable and timely transportation. Interested bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Excise & Taxation Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, wherever applicable. Bidders must also be active taxpayers and listed on the FBR and KPRA Active Taxpayers Lists (ATL) as of the date of bid submission. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on or before 11:00 AM on 12/10/2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified address. A fixed bid security of Rs. 300,000 (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of a CDR in favor of Director ORIC, KMU, must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original submitted to the Director ORIC, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original CDR within the stipulated time will result in rejection of the bid. For bidders, a practical tip is to ensure timely uploading of all required documents on E-PADS and submission of the original CDR to avoid disqualification.
