Manufacturing, Supply and Transportation of Hydro-Mechanical and T&D Accessories for Dizg 230 kW Mini Hydel Project

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from qualified, experienced and financially capable manufacturers, suppliers, firms and companies for the manufacturing, supply and transportation of the Hydro-Mechanical and T&D accessories for the Dizg 230 kW Mini Hydel Project located at Yukum Gol, Yarkhoon, Upper Chitral. Items being procured: - Hydro-Mechanical accessories - Transmission and Distribution (T&D) accessories Interested bidders must have relevant experience and adequate technical and financial capacity. Bidders shall provide evidence of at least one satisfactory completed project, or similar assignments, with a single or combined contract value of at least PKR 4 million completed within the last five years, along with supporting experience documents. The bidder's annual turnover for each of the last two financial years shall be at least PKR 5 million, supported by relevant financial documents. Quotations must include completed and signed BOQ, unit rates, applicable taxes, company/firm details, relevant experience documents, financial-capacity documents and required technical documentation. All quoted prices shall include applicable manufacturing, fabrication, testing, packing, loading, transportation, unloading and delivery costs as specified in the RFQ.
