Hiring of Buildings for PBM Provincial Office GB, Pakistan Sweet Home Ghizer, PBM Shelter Home Skardu, and Pakistan Sweet Home Skardu

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, a federal government body, invites bids for hiring suitable buildings for its PBM Provincial Office GB at Gilgit, PBM-SH at Ghizer, PBM Shelter Home at Skardu, and Pakistan Sweet Home at Skardu. The buildings must meet specific criteria including location in main city surroundings, minimum number of rooms, washrooms, halls, kitchens, parking spaces, and playgrounds where applicable. Items being procured: - PBM Provincial Office GB (Gilgit): Minimum 18 rooms with a hall, 10 washrooms, 8 to 10 vehicle parking spaces - Pakistan Sweet Home Ghizer: Minimum 18 rooms including hall and kitchen, 10 washrooms, playground preferable - PBM Shelter Home Skardu: Minimum 15 rooms with hall and kitchen, 10 washrooms, located near DHQ Hospital Skardu - Pakistan Sweet Home Skardu: Minimum 18 rooms with hall and kitchen, 10 washrooms, playground preferable, located near main city surroundings of Arduous The technical scope requires buildings to be in metropolitan or main city surroundings with adequate facilities as per specifications. Interested bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids online through the EPAD system (www.epads.gov.pk) by 30th September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Tender documents include ownership proof, power of attorney if applicable, building map, CNIC copies, owner contact details, rent demand, and confirmation of no government liabilities or litigation. Hard copies will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. PBM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The tender is also available on PPRA and PBM websites. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical documents and ensure timely online submission to avoid disqualification.
