Hiring of Contractors for Secondary Waste Transportation to Dump Site in Lahore

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional bids from eligible bidders and joint ventures for the hiring of contractors for secondary waste transportation to dump sites for a period of one year, extendable for another year. The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) following Rule 38 (2)(a) with a Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure and least cost selection method. Bidders must submit bid security online as per Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. Eligibility requires compliance with bidding documents, submission of bid security, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 02, 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 1100 hours on October 14, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
