Hiring of Cultural, Traditional & Dramatized Performances for History by Night (HBN) Tours at Lahore Fort

The Punjab Walled Cities and Heritage Areas Authority (PWCA), Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids through E-PADS from eligible, registered, experienced, and professionally competent Theatre Companies/Firms for providing cultural, traditional, stage and dramatized performances during approximately 90 History by Night (HBN) Tours at Lahore Fort for a period of nine (09) months from October 2026 to June 2027. Items being procured: - Dramatic and historical enactments - Dhol/Dhool performances - Traditional dances and cultural performances - Chowbdars, Danka, Bugle and Flute performances - Sword fights and other historical enactments - Provision of required artists/performers - Costumes, props and musical instruments - Sound system and venue preparation - Supporting technical and operational staff The scope includes delivering engaging cultural and traditional performances at the historic Lahore Fort site, ensuring high-quality stage and dramatized enactments that reflect the heritage and history of the region. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary artists, costumes, props, musical instruments, sound systems, and technical support to ensure smooth operations throughout the contract period. Eligible bidders must be registered and experienced theatre companies or firms with professional competence in cultural performances. Bid security details are specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the E-PADS Government of Punjab platform. The bid document comprising the proposal must be uploaded on EPADS on or before 09-10-2026 by 11:00 AM.
