Hiring of Event Management Company for 3rd Chitral Expo

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), a statutory autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals from eligible firms for the hiring of an event management company to organize the 3rd Chitral Expo. This procurement is specifically for event management services to ensure a successful and well-coordinated expo in Chitral. Items being procured: - Event management services for 3rd Chitral Expo The scope includes comprehensive event planning, coordination, and execution to meet the standards set by TDAP. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and any other relevant revenue authorities or departments. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
