Hiring of Excavator, Tractor with Blade, Grader, and Dozer Machine for Land Leveling and Garbage Removal at Rawalpindi Cantt

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids from reputable, experienced, and financially sound firms or contractors registered with FBR and possessing valid NTN for hiring machinery for land leveling and garbage removal at Rawalpindi Cantt land located at Bhatta Chowk, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Hiring of 01 excavator machine for 96 hours - Hiring of 01 tractor with blade for 96 hours - Hiring of 01 grader for 72 hours - Hiring of 01 dozer machine for 96 hours The scope includes hiring of heavy machinery such as excavator, tractor with blade, grader, and dozer machine for land leveling and removal of garbage. The contractor will be responsible for complete removal, loading, transportation, and disposal of debris at the designated dumping site. The successful bidder must execute a formal agreement with RCB and comply with all terms and conditions of the bidding documents and tender notice. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR having valid NTN, relevant experience in hiring machinery like excavator, dozer, tractor trolleys, and submission of 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in the form of CDR issued by any scheduled bank in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Only firms registered on EPADS V2.0 are eligible to participate. Bidding documents and tender forms are available only on the PPRA and E-PADS portals. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS V2.0 by 25-09-2026 at 11:00 hours, with opening at 11:30 hours the same day. The contractor is responsible for payment of all applicable government taxes including income tax. Firms blacklisted by any government or semi-government department or involved in litigation or corrupt practices will be declared non-responsive. In case the opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
