Tender for Hiring of a Firm for Operational and Maintenance Services of Chillers, Buildings and Installed Equipment at Karachi Expo Center

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites bids for the hiring of a firm to provide operational and maintenance services for chillers, buildings, and installed equipment at the Karachi Expo Center. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to ensure efficient upkeep and functionality of the Expo Center's infrastructure. Items being procured: - Operational and maintenance services of chillers - Maintenance of buildings - Maintenance of installed equipment at Karachi Expo Center The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically by the deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the bidding document requirements.
