Hiring of Firm for Venue, Catering, Videography and Photography Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies in Punjab

The procurement covers multiple divisions with specific lots as follows: - Lot-1 Lahore Division: Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (12100 persons) - Lot-2 Bahawalpur Division: Venue and Catering services for 450 marriages (9900 persons) - Lot-3 Sargodha Division: Venue and Catering services for 750 marriages (16500 persons) - Lot-4 Faisalabad Division: Venue and Catering services for 500 marriages (11000 persons) - Lot-5 Gujranwala Division: Venue and Catering services for 450 marriages (9900 persons) - Lot-6 Multan Division: Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (11000 persons) - Lot-7 D G Khan Division: Venue and Catering services for 900 marriages (19800 persons) - Lot-8 Sahiwal Division: Venue and Catering services for 500 marriages (11000 persons) - Lot-9 Rawalpindi Division: Venue and Catering services for 350 marriages (7700 persons) - Lot-10: Videography/Photography for 40 events Each lot has an estimated cost per unit/event/person or event, with total estimated costs ranging from Rs. 24,640,000 to Rs. 63,360,000. The technical scope includes provision of venue, catering, videography, and photography services for large-scale collective marriage ceremonies across Punjab. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant tax authorities and must provide bid security as specified. Electronic bids must be submitted online by 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
