Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Sargodha

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department Sargodha invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk for hiring of firm/firms for provision of venue and catering services and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Sargodha on a Framework Contract basis for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 750 marriages (16500 persons) The estimated cost per event/person is Rs. 3200, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 52,800,000 including all applicable taxes. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1,056,000. The scope includes providing full venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies, ensuring quality and timely service for a large number of attendees. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA website. Bidders may also obtain documents from the office of the Divisional Director (SW), Sargodha upon written application. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
