Hiring of Firms for Venue & Catering, Videography, Photography Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies Across Punjab

The Directorate General Social Welfare & Baitul Maal Punjab, Lahore invites bids for hiring of firms for provision of services of venue & catering, videography, and photography for collective marriage ceremonies across Punjab on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Lot-1 Lahore Division: Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (12100 persons) - Lot-2 Bahawalpur Division: Venue and Catering services for 450 marriages (9900 persons) - Lot-3 Sargodha Division: Venue and Catering services for 750 marriages (16500 persons) - Lot-4 Faisalabad Division: Venue and Catering services for 500 marriages (11000 persons) - Lot-5 Gujranwala Division: Venue and Catering services for 450 marriages (9900 persons) - Lot-6 Multan Division: Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (11000 persons) - Lot-7 D G Khan Division: Venue and Catering services for 900 marriages (19800 persons) - Lot-8 Sahiwal Division: Venue and Catering services for 700 marriages (15400 persons) - Lot-9 Rawalpindi Division: Venue and Catering services for 350 marriages (7700 persons) - Lot-10 Videography/Photography: 40 events The scope includes provision of venue and catering services for large-scale collective marriage ceremonies in multiple divisions of Punjab, along with videography and photography services for 40 events. Bidders must be registered firms with valid Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot separately in the form of CDR/Bankers cheque payable to the Director (Admin), Directorate General Social Welfare & Baitul Maal Punjab. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
