Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (Jinnah International Airport) invites bids for the hiring of ground transportation services at JIAP Karachi for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under fund reference P91630 and aims to secure non-consultancy services through a competitive bidding process.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Ground Services at JIAP, Karachi
The scope includes provision of ground transportation services at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, ensuring efficient and reliable transport support for airport operations. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN and GST, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR/EPADS.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as per PPRA Rule No. 36(b) and Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per prescribed format.
E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/91630. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
