Hiring of Janitorial Services and Purchase of Equipment for Khyber Medical University Campuses in Peshawar and Dera Ismail Khan

Khyber Medical University, Peshawar invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS electronic procurement system from well-established parties, contractors, and firms duly registered with KPRA for S.No.1, Income Tax registered and listed on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and KPRA, as well as Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Hiring of Janitorial Services - Purchase of Equipment for KMU-IHS Dera Ismail Khan - Purchase of Equipment for KMU-IBMS Peshawar The scope includes provision of janitorial services and supply of equipment for the KMU campuses located in Peshawar and Dera Ismail Khan. Bidders must ensure compliance with all registration and tax requirements. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required for janitorial services and 2% of the bid amount for equipment purchases, submitted as a CDR in favor of the Treasurer. The original CDR along with the company letterhead must be submitted to the Chairman Purchase Committee office at Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 16/09/2026 following a single stage two envelope procedure. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 07/09/2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of KMU. Detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk).
