Hiring of Rental Building for 10 NADRA Registration Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Peshawar, is inviting bids for the hiring of rental buildings to establish 10 NADRA Registration Centers across various districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The locations include Terri (District Karak), Barisko, Chamkani, Shah Alam (District Peshawar), Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Madyan (District Swat), Danday (District Shangla), Samir (District Kurram), and Totalai (District Buner). The buildings must have covered areas ranging from 1500 to 6000 square feet depending on the location. Items being procured: - Rental buildings with covered area as per location requirements (1500-6000 sq ft) - Quality plumbing and availability of basic utilities including water, sanitation, electricity with three phase meter and 50KVA transformer - Complete and functional electrical earthing - Installation of doors, grills, windows - Water pumps and storage tanks - Basic fixtures and necessary works and installations - Independent entrance - Ramp for disabled citizens - Rooftop space for satellite dish antenna and solar installation The technical scope includes buildings that are preferably on the ground floor, easily accessible by public transport, with sufficient parking space, and tenancy for at least 10 years. Buildings exceeding the required covered area may apply but rent will be calculated on the upper limit of the advertised area. The buildings must be structurally sound, with proper flooring, false ceiling, distemper, and meet all regulatory approvals and fitness certificates. The bidder is responsible for all taxes including property and municipal taxes. Possession must be handed over within 30 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be duly incorporated and based in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and not blacklisted. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders must submit mandatory documents including ownership documents, CNIC, technical and financial consent of owner, and undertakings on non-judicial stamp paper. The bid submission deadline is **30th July 2026 at 11:00 AM** via e-procurement portal EPADS. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at NADRA RHO Peshawar office. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. The bid validity period is 180 days. No brokerage or service charges will be paid to real estate agents.
