Hiring of Retainer Doctor for OPD Clinic in Ranipur Sukkur Region

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites qualified doctors to submit bids for the hiring of a Retainer Doctor for the OPD Clinic located in Ranipur, Sukkur Region. This procurement is under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and requires submission of separate Technical and Financial proposals. Items being procured: - Retainer Doctor services for OPD Clinic in Ranipur Sukkur Region The Retainer Doctor will provide outpatient general practice services, facilitate unlimited clinic visits for registered SSGC employees and their dependents monthly, diagnose and manage primary medical conditions, prescribe medications, provide emergency medical assistance, issue medical certificates and referrals, maintain digital medical records, and coordinate with SSGC management during medical emergencies. Services will be provided six days a week during mutually agreed clinic hours. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PMDC/PMC, relevant experience, tax compliance, and submission of a fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 4,104 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal before 25-08-2026 at 1100 hours, with public opening at 1130 hours the same day. The contract period is initially one year, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability. The company reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
