Tender Description
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Rahimyar Khan invites E-Bids based on a Framework contract in accordance with PPRA Rules on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is for the hiring of services and purchase of various items required by the department in Rahimyar Khan. Items being procured:
- Hot & Cold
- POL Charges (Purchase of Lubricant)
- Stationery
- Electronic Communication
- Payment to Others for Service Rendered
- Computer Stationery
- Purchase of Dietary Items/Lunch Boxes (Muharram/Chehlum Duties)
- Others / Misc. Items
- Repair / Replacement of Parts & Spare Parts of Vehicles & Purchase of Fillers (Transport Repair)

The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding (item wise) for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must submit E-Bids online via the EPADS/e-procurement portal before the deadline. The technical scope covers supply and repair services for vehicles, machinery, furniture, software, and various consumables and stationery items. Eligibility requires firms/contractors to be registered for income tax and sales tax, with earnest money of 2% amounting to Rs. 84,000 in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the DSP/District Officer CTD Rahimyar Khan. Performance guarantee at 5% of contract value is also required upon acceptance of tenders.
The E-Bid submission deadline is 21.08.2026 till 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents including income/sales tax registration certificates accompany the technical bids. Late submissions will not be accepted. In case of technical issues with online submission, hard copies of sealed bids (technical + financial) may be submitted before the deadline as per PPRA rules.
