Hiring of Services of Firm for Certification against standard Aerospace QMS AS9100D

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). The procurement is for hiring services of a firm for certification against the standard Aerospace QMS AS9100D. Items being procured: - Hiring of Services of Firm for Certification against standard Aerospace QMS AS9100D (01x month after signing of contract) The scope involves providing certification services compliant with Aerospace QMS AS9100D standards. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports of last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last one year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link certificate between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is on PPRA website. Tender submission date and time is 17 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with tender opening at 11:00 hours on the same day.
