Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Chawinda

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School Girls near Railway Station, Butter Road, Chawinda for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services for 14 vehicles covering routes: Gunnah Kalan, Daswan Meel, Kandar, Ismaeel Abad, Panwana, Narowal Bypass, Lari Adda Pasrur, Bhakray Wali, Sabaz Peer More, Chawinda Urban, Chawinda Rural, Sabaz Kot to, Sohdrayke, Dugree Handlan. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with valid refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required, submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened on 24.09.2026 at 11:30 AM, financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Eligibility requires tax registration, vehicle compliance as per stated year and refurbishment standards, and meeting minimum technical qualification marks of 70%. All rates must include applicable government taxes. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR @ 5% of total contract amount is required prior to contract signing. The Labour Welfare Office, District Sialkot will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings. Bidders should ensure complete conformity with tender documents and submit bids before 24.09.2026 by or before 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
