Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Mian Channu

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax registered firms for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School Girls, Mian Channu for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Hiring of 9 vehicles for routes including Colony Sugar Mills to School (60 seating, 90 km, 65 students), Mohsinwal to School (26 seating, 50 km, 35 students), Chak Alif 41 to School (60 seating, 60 km, 70 students), Chak 9/14L to School (60 seating, 40 km, 65 students), Chak 7 Karmali Wala (45 seating, 34 km, 45 students), Chak 9/8AR to School (45 seating, 40 km, 50 students), 116/15L to School (60 seating, 34 km, 70 students), 115/15L to School (60 seating, 30 km, 60 students), Inter city (26 seating, 20 km, 30 students). The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and comply with PPRA rules. Labour Welfare Office, Khanewal will serve as the cluster center for bid opening. Interested firms should ensure their bids are complete, signed, stamped, and submitted only through the e-Procurement portal. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR of 5% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder prior to contract signing. One student per seat ratio will be observed. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
