Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare Primary School Girls Evening Shift Defence Road Lahore

The Labour & Human Resource Department under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare Primary School Girls (Evening Shift) located at Labour Colony Defence Road Lahore for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services for 6 vehicles covering routes: Scheme more to school (52 seats, 36 KM, 52 students), Niaz Baig to school (26 seats, 24 KM, 26 students), Chuna to school (60 seats, 36 KM, 62 students), Raiwind Ada to school (60 seats, 62 KM, 63 students), 65-Chak to school to (52 seats, 60 KM, 54 students), Athowal to school (26 seats, 24 KM, 27 students). The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with valid refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit bids electronically with 2% bid security via CDR or bank pay order. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on 24.09.2026. The Labour Welfare Office (South) District Lahore will serve as the cluster center for bid opening. Eligibility requires firms to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and to obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation. All rates must include applicable government taxes. Successful bidders must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount prior to or at contract signing. One student per seat ratio will be observed. Bidders should carefully follow the online submission deadlines and ensure bids are signed, stamped, and submitted only via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare office ten days before technical bid opening to clarify the procurement process.
