Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare H/S School Girls Faisalabad for 2026-27 & 2027-28

The Labour and Human Resource Department Punjab invites electronic bids from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare H/S School Girls Faisalabad located at Johar Labour Colony Millat Road Faisalabad. This procurement is for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Hiring of 19 vehicles for various school transport routes including School to Saafa Abad, Waris Pura Billu, Tarig Abah Pathk Shamsha Abad, Bilgi Ghar, Arif Road Shaikupura Road, Small Industries Raja Wale, Nishat Mills Colony Sugar Mill, Sugar Phatak via Dry Port Bhumra Road, Ghatti School, Rata Lalli Karori, Iron D. Type Sumandari Road, PSO Pump Jandawala Mor, Biawala, Toll Tax Satiana Road, Marzi Pura Ghulam Abad, Sant Singh Phatak, Bila Orchard SMD, Dry Port Ismaeel Green, Qabarstan Mor Bhaiwala. The estimated 2% bid security required is Rs. 3,003,428/-. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Motor Vehicle Examiner (MVE), or a third-party independent expert. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 24.09.2026 till 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eligibility criteria include tax registration, 2% bid security submission via electronic means (no physical financial instruments accepted), and compliance with the Punjab e-Procurement System rules.
