Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Evening Shift Faisalabad

The Labour and Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, through the Workers Welfare School Girls Evening Shift Faisalabad located at Johar Labour Colony Millat Road Faisalabad, invites electronic bids from tax registered firms for hiring transport services. This procurement is for providing pick and drop facilities to students of the school for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services for 6 vehicles - Routes include School to Abdullah Pur, Mana Wala, Sadar Thana Jaranwala Road, Phalia Mor, Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Sugar Phatak Ghona - Seating capacity per vehicle: 57 - Distance ranges from 26 KM to 52 KM (double side) - Number of students to be transported ranges from 50 to 65 - Estimated 2% Bid Security: Rs. 890,100 The scope includes hiring vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is mandatory. Technical bids require a minimum 70% score to qualify. The Labour Welfare Office, District Faisalabad, will serve as the cluster center for bid opening.
