Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Gulshan Colony Gujranwala

The Workers Welfare School Girls located at Gulshan Labor Colony near Income Tax Office, Gujranwala, under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services. The contract is for providing pick and drop facilities to students of the school for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services covering 20 vehicles for routes including Bijli Ghar Morr, Kuwait Marriage Hall, Jagga, Board Office (BISE), Jadeeded Dastagir School, Baghbanpura, Crown Cinema, Rajkot, Dhullay, Sufi Hotel, Nursery Chowk, Shaheenabad, Al-Mujeeb Town, Tariq Colony, Ghakkhar, Rahwali Phattak, Shahkot, Mandiala, Radiala, Puli Stop Rahwali. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbished vehicles meeting specific technical requirements and verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner or a third-party independent expert. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit bids electronically by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids must be complete, signed, stamped, and submitted online. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before the technical bid opening. Eligibility requires firms to have at least 70% marks as per criteria for awarding technical qualification. The successful bidder will provide a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @ 5% of the total contract amount prior to or at the time of signing the contract.
