Hiring Transport Services for Students at Workers Welfare School Boys Gulshan Colony Gujranwala

The Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys) Gulshan Colony, Gujranwala for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services on routes including Sufi Hotel, State, Zahid Colony - Dhully Thana, Jojo Factory - Alam Chowk Hafizabad Road - Awan Chowk, Nawab Chowk, Sowa Road - Amrat Pura, Gakhar - Kashmir Colony, Railway Station, Butt Hotel - Maki Masjid, Shah Kot, Najaf Colony, Lamban Wali - Sui Gas Road - Jadid Dastagir, Jinnah Road, Kachhi Fato Mand - Bao CNG, Bise Grw - Oil Agency, Jagna, Silkot Bypass, Butran Wali, Mafiwala - Mandiala Warraich - Radiala Warraich - Tariq Colony, Ahsan Colony, Gondalan Wala Pind - Bijli Ghar More - Garjakh, Puly, Anwar e Madina, Zain Autos - Garjakh, Burak Medical Store, Ahsaan Place, 31 Foot Bazar, Samanabad - Shama Stop, Alina Hotel The vehicles to be hired must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner or a third-party independent expert. The contract requires a one student per seat ratio. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated contract amount. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system with technical and financial bids submitted online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Labour Welfare Office, District Gujranwala, which will also serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings. Eligibility includes registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and compliance with all applicable government taxes. Successful bidders must submit a Performance Guarantee in the form of a CDR at 5% of the total contract amount prior to or at the time of signing the contract.
