Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Girls Evening Jauharabad

The Punjab Workers Welfare Board Labour & Human Resource Department invites electronic bids from tax registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School Girls Evening Jauharabad for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Items being procured: - Transport services for route Khushab + jbd + Iftikhar Town Jauharabad (Seating Capacity 30, Distance 42 KM, Students 30) - Transport services for route Hadali BLOCK 6-9 Awan town (Seating Capacity 30, Distance 38 KM, Students 30) - Transport services for route Chock No 12-13-14 INSIDE (Seating Capacity 32, Distance 40 KM, Students 32) - Transport services for route Chack No 2,5,7,8,9,10,11 mb (Seating Capacity 42, Distance 50 KM, Students 42) - Transport services for route Bola 9,10 chak NB (Seating Capacity 32, Distance 40 KM, Students 32) The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment meeting valid certification by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit bids online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM and financial bids opening on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. A bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 420,950 is required. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare office ten days before technical bid opening to clarify the e-procurement system usage.
