Hiring Transport Services for Students of Workers Welfare Primary School, Lahore

The Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare Primary School (Boys & Girls) Morning Shift, Nishter Colony, Ferozepur Road, Lahore for the academic years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services for 15 routes covering 62 seating capacity vehicles - Routes include School to Sua-e-Asal, Green, Aashiana, Liaqatabad, Koray Stop, Old Kahna, Chungi, Pindi Stop, New, Khushi, Rohi Nala, Kirian, Quanchi The procurement will be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System. Vehicles must be manufactured/refurbished in 2005 or later. Refurbished vehicles must have valid refurbishment certificates. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system. Bids must be submitted online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Eligibility requires registration on Punjab e-Procurement System portal and compliance with all government taxes. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before the opening of technical bids.
