Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare Primary School Lahore

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services. Items being procured: - Transport services on route School to Green Town (62 seating capacity, 34 km double side, 65 students) - Transport services on route School to Walton Stop (62 seating capacity, 18 km double side, 67 students) - Transport services on route School to Chungi Amer Sidhu (62 seating capacity, 9 km double side, 62 students) - Transport services on route School to Soya Asal (45 seating capacity, 28 km double side, 53 students) - Transport services on route School to 05 No. Stop Kahna (62 seating capacity, 16 km double side, 62 students) - Transport services on route School to Rana Chowk, Lidhar Road (45 seating capacity, 18 km double side, 53 students) - Transport services on route School to Khushi Chowk, Ashiyana (45 seating capacity, 10 km double side, 49 students) - Transport services on route School to Kahan Nau (45 seating capacity, 14 km double side, 55 students) - Transport services on route School to Green Cap Society (62 seating capacity, 8 km double side, 62 students) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on this portal to participate. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system. Bids must be submitted online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated contract amount in the form of a Pay Order or CDR submitted electronically. Incomplete or late bids will not be considered. Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks in technical qualification. Successful bidders must submit a Performance Guarantee in the form of a CDR at 5% of the total contract amount before signing the contract. One student per seat ratio will be observed. Interested bidders should note the pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before the technical bid opening to clarify the online procurement system usage.
