Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys 2nd Shift Multan

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), under the Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys) 2nd Shift, Gulraiz Colony MDA Road Multan for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - 7 Vehicles to be hired for routes: Sher Shah (Seating Capacity 26, Distance 44 KM, Students 26) Qadir Pur Rawan (Seating Capacity 62, Distance 70 KM, Students 62) Coca Cola (Seating Capacity 26, Distance 40 KM, Students 26) Adda Nawab Pur (Seating Capacity 62, Distance 50 KM, Students 62) Bhakal Bher (Seating Capacity 15, Distance 60 KM, Students 15) Shaak e Madina (Seating Capacity 26, Distance 60 KM, Students 26) Haji Block (Seating Capacity 26, Distance 40 KM, Students 26) The estimated 2% bid security is Rs. 652464/-. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the portal and submit bids online. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Eligibility requires tax registration, bid security of 2% of estimated contract amount, and meeting technical criteria with at least 70% marks. All rates must include applicable government taxes. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR at 5% of contract amount is required from the successful bidder.
