Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift)

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School Boys, Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift) for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Items being procured: - 10 Vehicles for routes: Daokey Muridkey (57 seats, 36 km, 56 students), Sheikhan Wala Pump (57 seats, 32 km, 55 students), Shamke (35 seats, 26 km, 35 students), Haji Kot (26 seats, 18 km, 24 students), Shahdara Town (35 seats, 40 km, 31 students), Kot Shahabuddin (35 seats, 30 km, 31 students), Farrukh Abad (35 seats, 26 km, 32 students), Javed Nagar (57 seats, 46 km, 55 students), Noori Boori Darbar (57 seats, 42 km, 45 students), Dhamke (35 seats, 54 km, 32 students). The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the portal to participate. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the official e-Procurement System and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically; manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required, submitted electronically as per Punjab e-Procurement System rules. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Technical and financial bids will be submitted separately online by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before the technical bid opening at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare. Firms must obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation to qualify. Successful bidders must submit a performance guarantee in the form of a CDR for 5% of the contract amount before signing the contract. The Office of the Deputy Director Labour Welfare, District Sheikhupura, will serve as the cluster center for bid opening. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines and ensure all documents are complete, signed, and stamped. Late or incomplete bids or those submitted outside the portal will be rejected.
