The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, invites bids for hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities for students of Workers Welfare School Girls Shahdara 2nd Shift located at 14 KM GT Road Rana Town Shahdara. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Transport services on routes including Daowky Mureedkay to school (1) 60 seats, 32 KM, 60 students - Daowky Mureedkay to school (2) 26 seats, 32 KM, 20 students - Noona Gaon (Ravi Rayan) to school 55 seats, 24 KM, 50 students - Kacha Kothal Manu Abad to school 01 seat, 26 KM, 58 students - Chak 41 School to 45 seats, 17 KM, 34 students - Farkhlaad to school 55 seats, 26 KM, 51 students - Shahdara Town to school 35 seats, 26 KM, 40 students - Begum Kot to school 55 seats, 26 KM, 50 students - Kot Abdul Malik to school (1) 35 seats, 28 KM, 30 students - Kot Abdul Malik to school (2) 26 seats, 28 KM, 23 students - Javed Nagar to school (1) 60 seats, 48 KM, 60 students - Barath to school (1) 45 seats, 28 KM, 45 students - Barath to school (2) 26 seats, 28 KM, 10 students - Dhamkay Attari to school 55 seats, 80 KM, 85 students - Javed Nagar to school (2) 60 seats, 40 KM, 57 students - Shamkay to school 26 seats, 14 KM, 26 students - Mochian pind to school 26 seats, 18 KM, 26 students The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later and meet technical requirements verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. The last date for online submission of bids is 24th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened on 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The Labour Welfare Office, District Sheikhupura, will host the bid opening proceedings. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete, signed, and stamped, and bids are submitted only via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory. Failure to comply with terms will result in rejection. One student per seat ratio will be observed.
