Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare H/S School Boys Shandara

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & HR Department invites electronic bids from registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare H/S School Boys Shandara for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services on 28 vehicles for routes including Daoke, Muridke City, Muridke Hospital, Ravi Rayon, Labour Colony 1, Labour Colony 2, Labour Colony 3, Imamia Colony, Fateh Rehan, Haj Kot, Javed Nagar 1, Javed Nagar 2, Bangla Taj Colony, Kashmir Park, Barkat Town, Sufi Soap, Badu Puli 1, Badu Puli 2, Kot Abdul Malik 1, Kot Abdul Malik 2, Kot Abdul Malik 3, Dhamke, Shahdara Town, Farrukh Abad, Kasur Pura, Chak 44,45,47, Chak 39,40,41,42, Shamke. The procurement will be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must register on the portal and submit bids electronically. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, verified by RTA or Motor Vehicle Examiner or third-party expert. Technical and financial bids must be signed, stamped, and submitted online before 24.09.2026 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires firms to obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation. All rates must include applicable government taxes. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract amount is required before signing the contract. One student per seat ratio will be observed. The office of the Deputy Director Labour Welfare, District Sheikhupura will serve as the cluster center for bid opening proceedings. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director Labour Welfare ten days before technical bid opening to clarify the e-procurement system usage. The PPRA website will calculate response time from advertisement date. For bidders, ensure timely registration on Punjab e-Procurement portal and prepare all required documents including bid security and technical compliance certificates. Attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any procedural doubts and avoid disqualification due to incomplete or late submissions.
