Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School (Boys) Warburton, District Nankana Sahib

The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbished vehicles defined as those originally manufactured not earlier than 2000 and refurbished to meet technical requirements verified by RTA or Motor Vehicle Examiner or third-party expert. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM, and financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Eligibility requires tax registration, submission of 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 1,360,000 electronically, and compliance with all terms including obtaining 70% marks in technical evaluation.
