Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Wazirabad for 2026-27 & 2027-28

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School Wazirabad for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount (Rs. 870,000) is required in the form of a CDR/Bank Guarantee. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes system, requiring separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online by the deadline. Bidders must achieve at least 70% marks in technical evaluation to qualify. The successful bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee in the shape of a CDR @ 5% of the total contract amount prior to or at the time of signing the contract.
