Hiring of Travel Agencies Framework Agreement by House Building Finance Company (HBFC) Karachi

House Building Finance Company (HBFC) Karachi invites qualified travel agencies to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for hiring travel services. This agreement covers the on-demand supply of travel-related services for a period of 12 months starting from the award date. The procurement is based in Karachi, Sindh, and aims to engage top travel agencies capable of providing comprehensive travel solutions including air tickets, hotel accommodation, rent a car, and international travel arrangements. Items being procured: - Air Tickets (1 per job) - Hotel Accommodation (1 per job) - Rent a Car (1 per job) - International Travel (1 per job) The services are to be delivered within 30 working days at the HBFC office located at 3rd Floor, Finance & Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered travel agents with at least 5 years of experience, active clients, and demonstrate financial strength with an annual turnover preferably above PKR 50 million. Agencies must also agree to provide credit periods and have experience working with financial sector clients in the last 5 years. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks out of 100 and a passing score of 60. Top three agencies with maximum marks will be qualified for onboarding.
