Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use in Lahore

The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, through its Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals (CBN&HP), invites e-bids from eligible and experienced vehicle rental firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities. Bidders must hold valid National Tax Number (NTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration for services, and Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registration. The procurement is for hiring vehicles on a rental basis for official use within Lahore without driver for one year, and for official travel outside Lahore with driver as and when required. Items being procured: - Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use The contract covers the complete package of vehicles for the entire contract period of one year. Bidders must submit a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 336,458/- (up to 5% of the estimated cost) electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System via Bank Guarantee, 1 Link, online Bank Transfer, or PSID. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid based on Least Cost Selection. Interested bidders must submit bids online on the PPRA Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by Friday, 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM accompanied by requisite documents. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through the EP system in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, September 07, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the address mentioned in the bidding documents.
