Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use

The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, through its Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, invites eligible and experienced vehicle rental firms, companies, or sole proprietors to submit bids for hiring vehicles on a rental basis for official use within Lahore and for official travel outside Lahore with driver as and when required. The contract duration is for one year. Items being procured: - Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid (Least Cost Selection) for the complete package of vehicles for the entire contract period. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold valid National Tax Number (NTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration for services, and Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registration. Bid security amounting to up to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) portal by Friday, 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who may attend. Hard copies of bids submitted by hand will not be entertained. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions including submission of bid security electronically, and be prepared for possible rejection of bids if requirements are not met.
