Tender Description
MAL Pakistan Limited, formerly known as Mobil Askari Lubricants Ltd., invites experienced and qualified manufacturers, distributors, or local agents to submit sealed bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Hot Oil System at their Lube Oil Blending Plant located in Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the Hot Oil System used in the Base Oil and Additives Kettles application.
Items being procured:
- Hot Oil System with installation and commissioning at Lube Oil Blending Plant
The scope of work includes the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of the Hot Oil System tailored for the blending plant’s operational needs. The system must meet the technical requirements for handling base oil and additives kettles efficiently and safely within the industrial site.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in supplying Hot Oil Systems, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Lubricant industry. Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and active status on the Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. Additionally, submission of Income Tax Returns for the last three years and audited financial statements for the last five years is required to demonstrate financial stability and compliance.

The deadline for bid submission is July 27, 2026, before close of business. Late submissions will not be entertained.
