Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Procurement Department in Islamabad is inviting bids for the provision of specialized non-consultancy services under the title HPE ARUBA Network Certified Professional (NCP)- CAMPUS ACCESS Training. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the technical skills of personnel through certified training programs.
Items being procured:
- HPE ARUBA NCP- Campus Access Training for 5 persons
- HPE ARUBA NCP- Campus Access Exam Voucher for 5 persons
The training will be conducted in Islamabad over a period of 4 weeks. The scope includes delivering the HPE Aruba Network Certified Professional (NCP)- CAMPUS ACCESS Training along with providing exam vouchers for certification. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically through this portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant experience, financial capacity, and qualified trainers. Bid security of PKR 39,500 is mandatory and must be submitted in original form before the bid closing time. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
