Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid NTN and SRB registrations. Experience in similar government projects and submission of earnest money in the form of pay order or bank guarantee is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-Procurement system (EPADS) by 11 August 2026 at 11:30 AM.
