Installation of Automatic Doors Closing System in 14 Buses of University at KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT) Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from reputed firms for the installation of automatic doors closing system in 14 buses owned by the university. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the safety and operational efficiency of the university's transport fleet. Items being procured: - Installation of Automatic Doors Closing System in 14 Buses The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-Procurement portal of PPRA Punjab (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) after registration. Vendors must submit their bids electronically through the E-Procurement portal. Bids will be opened on 27-08-2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of contractors or their representatives. A 5% bid security amounting to PKR 179,900 is required in the name of KFUEIT, Rahim Yar Khan, as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-2027. Non-submission of bid security by the closing time will result in rejection of the bid. The purchase committee's decision will be final regarding the tender proceedings or cancellation.
