Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of development scheme PROVIDING PAVING BLOCK AT UC-158 VILLAGE MUHAMMAD BUX SHORO (PHASE 3) in Hyderabad city. The estimated cost of the project is **Rs. 2,995,500/-** with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours and strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes supply and installation of paving blocks over a 2" thick bed of hill sand or stone dust, earthworks, concrete works, and carriage of materials. Bidders must be registered with PEC if applicable, have valid NTN, SRB registration, and FBR Active Taxpayer status. Experience of minimum two similar works completed in last two years and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal only. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid opening will be held on **06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon** at the office of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
