Relocation of Pakistan Airports Authority Airside Perimeter Fence and Allied Works of Jinnah International Airport Karachi

TransKarachi invites bids for the construction and completion of the relocation of Pakistan Airports Authority airside perimeter fence and allied works at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This project is part of the Karachi Bus Rapid Transit (KBRT) Red Line Project, financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and Green Climate Fund (GCF). Items being procured: - Relocation of Pakistan Airports Authority Airside Perimeter Fence - Allied civil works at Jinnah International Airport The scope includes construction of perimeter/security fencing, hot-mix bituminous pavement, and RCC structural/infrastructure works. Bidders must have relevant construction experience including at least 300 meters of perimeter/security fencing, 500 metric tonnes of hot-mix bituminous pavement, and 300 cubic meters of RCC works. Eligibility requires a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Constructor's License Category C-3 or above, with relevant specialization codes. Joint ventures must ensure the lead partner holds PEC Category C-3 or above. Bidders must also have valid PAA/ASF security clearance, minimum average annual construction turnover of PKR 875 million over the last three years, minimum financial resources of PKR 334 million, and experience in contracts of at least PKR 325 million since January 2019. Bidding documents can be obtained by writing to TransKarachi and paying a nonrefundable fee of PKR 10,000. Bidders using electronic copies must register their contact details for clarifications. Bids must be delivered to the Chief Executive Officer, TransKarachi, Committee Hall (Basement), House No. C-89, Block 2, Clifton, Karachi by 12 November 2026 at 1200 hours (PST) along with a bid security of PKR 10,000,000. Bids will be opened publicly on 12 November 2026 at 12:30 hours (PST) at the same venue.
